A little more about me

At the age of thirteen, I discovered romance novels. Whenever possible, I ignored my chores in favor of a book I couldn’t put down. There is nothing like being transported from your favorite reading spot to another time and place to find a happily ever after at the end.

By God’s grace, I married my own handsome hero, and we raised two wonderful children. I also earned a degree in accounting and enjoyed a career in investor relations, writing financial reports and press releases. Now I am following a long-held dream of penning historical romance.

When not reading or writing, I like to bake, garden, and watch sports. An avid family genealogist, I volunteer in a local Daughters of the American Revolution chapter, helping others research their lineage.
